"We will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, His power, and the wonders He has done." (Psalm 78:4)

Mission
The mission of First Lutheran School is to assist parents in their God-given responsibilities, to provide a Christ-centered education to all children, to share the Gospel, and to teach the children to serve the Lord now and in eternity.

About Us
Our school is a loving and caring place where the whole child is developed—mind, body, and soul. Our school is a place where Christian values are taught and reinforced and where students are challenged to use their God-given talents to the fullest, both as individuals and in cooperation with others. Our school provides a quality education, with high standards and high achievement, all within an environment of Christian love and concern.

First Lutheran School exists as an important part of the mission of First Evangelical Lutheran Church.  We work to assist and support parents with the Christian education and training of their children. Our doors were opened in 1977, and today we serve students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Our preschool, Little Lambs Preschool, currently offers 3 and 4 year old classes.  We will be offering an Extended Preschool Program (EPP) for the preschool from 11:30 a.m. to 3:25 p.m. Please call the church office for more information on any of these programs.

PreK-12th Grade
We offer Christian education from Preschool through 12th grade. We have joined with 21 other congregations to operate Shoreland Lutheran High School in Somers, WI.  Shoreland is a Lutheran high school, with exactly the same goals, objectives and teachings that we have at First Lutheran.

One of God's greatest blessings to our school is our teachers. We presently have four teachers, each of whom is a devoted teacher, and a loving Christian, who looks to pass that Christian love on to their students.

There are sure to be some questions which these pages do not answer. If you have any questions, or if you are interested in First Lutheran School, please e-mail our principal, Steve Haag , or call us at 262.248.3374.
